Delete your MakeSeamless account

MakeSeamless is made by HuginLabs. You can delete your MakeSeamless account and the data linked to it at any time, in the app or on the web.

In the app

1. Open MakeSeamless and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

On the web

1. Sign in at makeseamless.com/app/account.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and your email address, at once.
• Your API keys, at once.
• The link between you and your fixes and ratings, at once.
• The tiles you uploaded and the images fixes made, 30 days after each fix.

What is kept

• Tiles and images you rated, to improve our fixes, without any link to you or your account.
• Billing records, for at least 7 years, as tax and accounting law requires.

A plan bought on makeseamless.com ends when you delete the account, with no refund for the time left. A plan bought in the App Store or Google Play is managed there: cancel it there too.
