Checks are free and unlimited, with no account. Fixes use credits, and a fix that fails costs nothing. Prices in US dollars.

- Free: unlimited seam checks, no account or key; straight, half-drop and half-brick; where each edge breaks, and how strongly; checks from the app, the API or an agent.
- Pro: new credits every month (or 12 months of credits every year), and unused credits carry over; top-ups at your tier's credit price, $0.380, $0.363, $0.354 or $0.347 a credit; before and after compare; PNG at your exact pixel size; a fix that fails costs nothing.
- Enterprise: everything in Pro, credit volume to match your catalogue, the same /v1 API as the app. Contact sales@makeseamless.com.

Checks never use credits. A fix that ends without a passing result costs nothing. Checks are free for people and agents alike. A fix costs the same credits from the app, the API or an agent.

## How credits work

- 1 credit = 1 fix. A tile over 2048 px on either side uses 3 credits. You see the cost before every fix.
- Credits come with Pro, and checks never use them.
- A fix that ends without a passing result costs nothing, and the same fix of the same file returns the stored result at no charge.
- Each payment adds your plan's credits to what you have left. Unused credits never expire and stay on your account if your plan ends.

## Questions

**Do unused credits roll over?** Yes. Each payment adds your plan's credits to what you have left, with no limit. Plan credits and top-up credits never expire, and they stay on your account if your plan ends.

**Can I cancel any time?** Yes, in your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then. Your account then moves to the Free plan, where checks stay free and unlimited.

**Do you offer refunds?** Subscriptions are non-refundable, and a fix that fails never costs anything. If a service error stops you from using MakeSeamless, write to us within 14 days. The refund policy has the details: https://makeseamless.com/refund.md

**Is there a plan for platforms and teams?** Yes. Enterprise sets the credit volume and the price with you, on the same /v1 API as the app. Write to sales@makeseamless.com.
